Free Spots Open for Asheville Salt Cave this weekend!

My last summer field trip is this Sunday, August 9th starting at 3:30 PM at the Asheville Salt Cave in North Asheville. I’ve got free seats available and am offering them first to my blog readers! Register here to snag a spot.

Here’s information about the Salt Cave from their website:

“Step into our nature-inspired Salt Cave and allow the quiet to restore you. Each 45-minute salt therapy session is a curated experience designed for deep, meditative escape. Settle into a comfortable lounger amidst 30 tons of crystalline pink salt as gentle lighting, ambient soundscapes, and a brief guided meditation ease your mind.

Through Salt Therapy also known as halotherapy, mineral-rich air purifies your lungs, relieves stress, and promotes profound, therapeutic relaxation at our premier wellness sanctuary.”

Last December, I visited the Salt Cave on my birthday and had an amazing and relaxing experience. I also met the owner, Jodie, and discovered she lives in Swannanoa too. I’m so excited to meet you and share this beautiful space and experience together.

This weekend’s field trip is in collaboration with Artemis Rising Collective, they host adventure-based group experiences. After the Salt Cave, stick around and they’ll lead a medicinal flora and fauna walk through the Asheville Botanical Gardens. A great way to close out the weekend, don’t you think?
